Life after a prostate cancer diagnosis doesn’t come with a roadmap — and the questions don’t stop when treatment ends.

That’s why PHEN hosts a Monthly Managing Survivorship Meeting, bringing together leading doctors, experts, and prostate cancer survivors to talk openly about the real issues men face across the survivorship journey.

Our next meeting takes place on February 11, and everyone impacted by prostate cancer is encouraged to attend.

What Is the Managing Survivorship Meeting?

Each month, PHEN creates a safe, informative space where patients, survivors, caregivers, and advocates can:

  • Learn from trusted medical experts

  • Hear firsthand experiences from survivors

  • Ask questions and gain practical guidance

  • Better understand how to navigate life with and beyond prostate cancer

Topics vary month to month and are based on the issues that matter most to the prostate cancer community — from physical and emotional health to long-term care and quality of life.

The topic for February’s meeting will be announced soon.

Why These Conversations Matter

Survivorship is not one-size-fits-all. Every man’s experience is different, and managing survivorship means addressing more than just the disease — it’s about the whole person.

These monthly meetings help participants:

  • Feel informed and empowered

  • Stay engaged in their health and follow-up care

  • Connect with others who understand their journey

  • Learn how to advocate for themselves and their loved ones

You don’t have to have all the answers to join — just a willingness to learn and connect.
