Session One: Examining Key Questions Around Prostate Cancer Early Detection Screening

Session one will examine these key questions: What responsibilities do primary care doctors have in meeting the prostate health needs of men?  The US Preventive Services Task Force prostate cancer early detection screening recommendation was last updated in 2018 – is it outdated?  How effective are today’s efforts to prevent unnecessary prostate cancer biopsies and treatments?  What is the impact on Black men resulting from the lack of screening clarity?
