Amplitude Patient Summary

The AMPLITUDE study is looking for men with newly diagnosed metastatic prostate cancer.

Am I eligible?

  • You may be able to participate in the AMPLITUDE study if you:
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have been recently diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer, which means that cancer has spread to other parts of the body such as bones, liver, or lung
  • Willing to be tested or have already a positive test by blood, tissue, or saliva sample for specific genetic alterations

Study design

The AMPLITUDE study is looking at the effectiveness and safety of an investigational combination of medications compared with a standard prostate cancer therapy. The study is double-blind which means neither you nor your study doctor will know which medication you will be receiving during the trial.
