Gary L. Taylor serves as the Medical Director of the Clinical Trials Rally for the Prostate Health Education Network. He is also the Prostate Cancer Survivor Group Facilitator at the Steward Carney Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Taylor completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston where he majored in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Taylor has been active in Internal medicine and Geriatrics in the greater Boston area for over 30 years. He has held a number of clinical, administrative, and academic positions, including at the Carney Hospital, Boston Medical Group, Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School. Personally, Dr. Taylor is no stranger to cancer. He was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2005 and with prostate cancer in 2015. He is also a trustee at the historic Charles Street AME Church in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
