Gissoo DeCotiis, is Deputy Director, Oncology Advocacy Relations. She is a dedicated Oncology advocacy relations contact at Bayer Healthcare’s Oncology group. Her role is to help the patient voice be heard in the global organization (Bayer) and help build strong relationships with the patient advocates throughout the US while creating broad awareness of the disease with decision makers and the public. At Bayer it is crucial to understand the real needs of patients and learn from their experiences. Gissoo have over 20 years experience in various industries with a Master’s Degree in Business. She joined Bayer in 2007 as a marketing director and has worked on all of Bayer’s indicated Oncology products, before joining the Advocacy organization.

Gissoo has interfaced with PHEN on the "Clinical Trials Rally" effort.
