Dale Bell champions efforts wherein African American men are provided education and awareness for proper prostate care. He is certified by the American Cancer Society as a facilitator in prostate health. Dale co-founded the Brother to Brother Prostate Support & Information Group in Westchester County, New York in 2005.He is associated with numinous national and local prostate health organizations which prepares him to lead discussions on these issues within various men and women groups. Dale also provides support to individuals and their families. Dale understands many of challenges accompanying prostate cancer; he is a prostate cancer survivor of twelve years.After graduating from Albany State University in Albany, Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, he enjoyed a thirty-four year career at the International Business Machines Corporation before retiring in 2002. While a member of the U.S. Army from 1969 - 1971, he completed tours in the United States and Viet Nam. Dale serves as a member of the Deacon’s Ministry at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, New York. Dale lives with his wife of forty-four years, the former Henrimae Henderson in New Rochelle.
